Refund Policy

For Kitchen Purchases:

50% of total due on contract signing, and full balance due upon delivery of items purchased. Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled. No refunds to be provided once orders are placed.

For Tiles and Flooring Purchases:

100% of total due upon purchase so the order can begin for processing. Once orders are placed, they cannot be cancelled.

Upon delivery/completion, the Buyer will have 3 days to inspect the products/services and report any defects or non-conformities to the Seller in writing. If no such report is received, the products/services will be considered accepted.
